For over 35 years, I've dedicated my career to helping people move better, feel better, and stay active at any age. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and movement specialist, I've worked with thousands of clients across four continents, combining traditional medical expertise with innovative holistic approaches.

I understand firsthand the challenges of aging – I'm a 60-year-old woman managing a horse farm, caring for family (including a new grandchild!), and running my own practice.
